Storage

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a fresh product with a limited shelf life. It should be stored in a cool, dark place to retain its taste and health qualities. Exposure to light, heat and air quickens the oxidation process that causes rancidity. Stored correctly, a quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil should be good for up to two years.
